  1. You will receive confirmation within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability. 
  2. Share a Land Cruiser with up to 6 people in your own private car or on a sharing basis.

  4. If we don’t meet the minimum number of participants, your reservation may be cancelled, with an alternative or full refund offered. 
  5. In the event of cancellation owing to bad weather conditions, our customers will have the option to receive a complete refund, or choose an alternative package based on their schedule, and availability.
  6. People using collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated only when they are accompanied by someone to assist on their boarding and disembarking.   
  7. A vegetarian meal option is available.  
  8. Children under 3 are required to use a child seat & Children between the ages of 4 -7 are required to use booster seats in accordance with UAE regulations. We provide child seats or booster seats only upon advance request. We request parents to assume full responsibility for their children during our safari.
  9. Please be advised that individuals with heart ailments, pregnant women, individuals with back issues or other serious medical conditions are strongly discouraged from participating in this ride. 
  10. For a safe and comfortable experience during quad-biking or sandboarding on steep slopes, we strongly recommend wearing appropriate attire, which include a long-sleeved shirt, bandana, scarf, long trousers, gloves, closed-toe shoes, and goggles. Do not forget to apply sunscreen for sun protection. 
  11. In the winter months (October to March), please remember to bring warm clothing.
